These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the White Water Consultancy/ WWC website. You accept and agree to the content of these Terms and Conditions by visiting the WWC website. WWC reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The website and products are provided by White Water Consultancy International Ltd. Availability and pricing
The WWC teams aim to provide you with accurate details, descriptions, images and prices on our website. WWC reserve the right to correct and update any information, errors or omissions at any time without prior notice and also reserve the right to refuse any orders that may have been placed that contain errors or inaccuracies of any kind. In circumstances where prices differ to those displayed, a WWC Customer Service representative will inform you before dispatching your order and you will have the option to continue with or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel the order. Should any payment have been taken for the goods you will receive a full refund.
All products displayed are subject to availability. WWC will inform you as soon as possible should any goods you have ordered have become unavailable or be delayed. All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notification.
Prices and availability quoted on any printed material (including, but not limited to, catalogues, flyers, 3rd party publication advertisements) are correct at time of publishing and are subject to availability and price changes. All product prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs (if applicable) are visible in the basket.
Orders & Delivery
Your order is an offer to purchase product(s) from WWC. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order after you have placed an order with us. This email is an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. WWC retain the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order.
Acceptance of your order will take place when your payment is processed and the order has been dispatched.
WWC offer Free UK Delivery on all orders, including Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle Boards up to 3.3m normally taking 2-5 working days unless stated differently on the relevant product page. Free UK Delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Shipping costs outside the UK will vary, for more details please visit our Orders and Delivery page.
Canoes, Kayaks & SUP over this length are excluded from free delivery but available for collection instore with free tea or coffee
At WWC we guarantee to only send you quality products and we inspect everything thoroughly before we send our goods out to ensure they are in perfect condition. We also carefully package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on its way to you. However, should you need to return an item, for any reason, please fill in our Returns form with as much detail as possible. For more details and instructions on how to return your item or for instructions on return items under Warranty, please read our full Returns Policy below.
WWC Returns PolicyThis covers all purchases made on our websites or Via mail order.
If any goods arrived have been damaged during transit, please ring us immediately on 0126722355, the driver will wait. Inspect the items, if they are fine, please accept the delivery. If they are damaged, DO NOT accept Delivery, repackage the good as best you can and the driver will return them to us for inspection and for us to investigate how this has happened at no cost to you. Please take photos of all damage including the packaging for us and the courier to inspect.
Do not sign for items as "Goods DAMAGED" as this is not covered under the couriers insurance.
We will ship a replacement to you Free of Charge as quickly as Possible, or if you wish have a full refund.
If you do notice any damage you think is due to damage in transit, you have 7 days to notify us with full description and images via email to email@example.com
Missing or Incorrect Goods
If you are missing an item or have received the incorrect goods, please get in touch with us within 7 days of order
Please return any incorrect goods on an insured signed for service to White Water Consultancy, The Old Village Hall, Bronwydd, Carmarthen,SA33 6BE with a copy of your receipt and Return Form
We will investigate what has happened to your order and get the missing goods to you straight away free of charge
If you have received an incorrect item, please send it back to us and we will send you the correct item that was ordered and credit your return postage by the original form of payment.
If in the event the goods are faulty you must fill in our Return Form, with full description of what you think is the warranty claim.
If the faulty goods need to be returned to us, you must inform us on the Return Form, with a full description of the actual fault. You should return the goods including a copy of the form, receipt number and your contact details and RMA authorising your return.
You are responsible for the goods to arrive to us safely and in satisfactory condition. Please ensure you send them via an insured and recorded service or Courier and are sent back well packaged to ensure the goods reach us safely. Or you are welcome to bring them back to store in person, free of charge.
On receipt of the returned goods, they will be inspected and tested for the reported fault. We may have to send these back to the manufacturer to test and or give their opinion.
For this reason, all goods sent back to us MUST be Clean and dry not in soiled/ smelly/ wet condition. We may ask you to take the goods back and clean them before any action can be taken.
If the Goods are found to be faulty under manufacturers warranty, they will take appropriate action to either repair or replace the item.
If however the goods after testing and found to be in working order, the reported fault was caused by misuse or the goods are beyond their reasonable life expectancy, they will be returned to you, at your expense, or available to collect from the store.
Faulty goods can be returned for a full refund/ exchange within 28 days of delivery date. A full refund can only be issued if the goods are returned. White Water Consultancy reserve the right to charge a handling fee if the goods prove to be non-defective after testing by us or the manufacturer.
All returns must be sent back to us in a clean condition to White Water Consultancy International LTD, The Old Village Hall, Bronwydd, Carmarthen, SA33 6BE.
At WWC, we believe that your personal privacy is important and we are committed to keeping your data protected. Our Privacy Statement sets out our current policies and practices which are all in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Customer Discounts/ Offers
WWC offer a range of benefits to previous customers and promotional offers to both new and existing customers. The following rules apply to website offers and promotions:
Promotional codes are redeemable on purchases made on this website (WWC.co.uk) or instore
Promotions are only valid until the date published.
We reserve the right to end any website offers and promotions at any time including prior to the advertised end date without notice.
Promo codes and Promotions
WWC promo codes are redeemable both online and instore and only one promo code can be used per customer per transaction. WWC hold the right to change or withdraw a promo code at any time. Individual promotions may have additional rules, see below for more details.
Promo code offers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers
How do I purchase a gift voucher?
WWC E-Gift Vouchers are available in £10, £20, £30, £50 and £100 denominations.
To buy a gift voucher simply select your chosen value, checkout and purchase in the same way as any other order.
Once you have placed the order the gift voucher will be emailed to the email address supplied at checkout. The voucher can then be easily printed out and given as a present or emailed as an instant gift.
How do I use my gift voucher?
In the basket where it says ‘Do you have a gift voucher?’ enter your Voucher code and click ‘Apply’. The voucher amount will now appear in your basket, discounting your Total Price. You need to use the full value of the voucher in the same transaction.
Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions:
Gift vouchers can be redeemed at www.WWC.co.uk. or instore.
No cash alternative can be provided.
If you wish to return an item that was purchased using a gift voucher then you will be refunded in gift vouchers to the same value.
If the gift voucher has been purchased with other items it will only become active once the order has been fully processed and completed. In the event that some of the products are waiting on order, a Customer Service representative will be in touch to see if you require the voucher to be activated prior to the total order being completed.
If your order consists of only gift vouchers and no additional products then they will be instantly activated once payment has been successfully made.
Gift vouchers are issued in GB Pounds. At this moment in time, unfortunately we are unable to offer gift vouchers in alternative currencies.
At WWC our objective is to offer the very best price possible, however, if you find a product cheaper elsewhere we will aim to match that price. All prices matched will be inclusive of any delivery charges. If you would like to know whether a product qualifies for price match or not please call our sales team on 01267 223 555 where we will be happy to help.
The following Price Match stipulations apply:
- The products must be identical. (e.g. size, colour, model year, brand, etc.)
- The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for immediate dispatch. Any delivery charges will be taken into consideration.
- The competitor must be UK based with a UK online store and an authorised seller of the brand.
- We will not price match any 3rd party or auction sites such as (but not limited to) Amazon and eBay.
- The price to be matched must be advertised online (you must be able to provide proof of this via a URL) and it must be verifiable at the time the price match request is being processed.
- All prices to be matched must be inclusive of VAT and in pounds sterling.
- Price Match cannot be applied when the customer intends to pay using Gift Vouchers or through a Divido finance application.
- We will not price match any goods that are part of promotions such as Buy One Get One Free offers, bundles etc.
- We will not match any site which has clearly made a mistake in their pricing.
- We will not match price or refund any differences after a sale is completed.
- We will try to match any competitor’s price; however, we reserve the right to decline a price match.
Offers and promotions
WWC may run multiple promotions at any given time. Each promotion will be subject to its own rules which must be met in order to be redeemed in the checkout. In addition to the individual promotion rules the following rules also apply:
Website offers and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with existing staff discounts or vouchers.
Where an online customer is eligible for specific Club/ Centre discounts or vouchers, and also wishes to apply an additional offer or promo code during checkout, only the higher of the two will apply. Please contact WWC on 01267 223 555 for further details
Where a customer is eligible for specific Club/ Centre discounts the option to pay for the order on Finance is withdrawn (baskets are only eligible for purchase on Finance at the prices stated on our website)
By taking part in a Promotion you give WWC permission to add you to their marketing database. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time in the footer of each email newsletter
WWC website and Social networking competition rules
By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by the following general rules. Any rules specific to a Competition are displayed in a notice on the page for that Competition and are incorporated into these Rules. In the event of any dispute relating to a Competition, the decision of White Water Consultancy International Ltd shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
White Water Consultancy International Ltd reserves the right to cancel competitions, cancel or refuse any individual's entry and amend these terms and conditions.
We will use reasonable endeavour to notify entrants and potential entrants of changes.
There will be one winner selected from all of the entrants (except where a competition has multiple prizes).
Employees of White Water Consultancy International Ltd and their immediate family members and employees of agencies and other partners who are contracted to WWC are not permitted to enter WWC competitions.
The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw in the relevant month. If any winner fails to claim their Prize within 14 days of being notified, White Water Consultancy International Ltd reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There are no cash alternatives. WWC reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has the same or greater value than the original Prize, in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and White Water Consultancy International Ltd reserves the right to use the names of winners and social media usernames in any publicity. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
By providing your details to take part in a Competition you give WWC permission to add this data to the marketing database. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time in the footer of each email newsletter or email us at sales@WWC.co.uk to request removal of your email address.
Whilst we have taken all reasonable care to ensure that the information contained within this website is accurate and current, we do not accept any liability for errors, omissions or changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to add, amend or delete information from this site at any time.
